Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Buyers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order for reasons including product dissatisfaction, sizing issues, damage, incorrect item received, or missing items in the package.

2. Return Request Process

  • To initiate a return request, the order status must be DISPATCHED.
  • Navigate to the "Orders" section, locate the specific order, and click on the three dots under the "Actions" column. Select "REQUEST RETURN," specify the quantity and reason for the return, then click "Send request."
  • All return requests can be viewed in the "Orders > My returns" section.

3. Refund Exceptions

  • IDT reserves the right not to refund in cases where the product is damaged, the original packaging is missing or damaged, or if the return code and/or order number are missing or unauthorized.

4. Return Costs

  • Buyers are responsible for the shipping, return costs, and any applicable customs duties unless otherwise instructed.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued as credits loaded onto the Buyer’s profile within 14 working days of product receipt.
  • Credits are visible in the account page and automatically deducted upon placing a new order.
  • Credits remain valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Chrono America does not facilitate direct exchanges. Buyers must initiate a return request for the product they wish to return and create a new order, deducting any available credit from their profile.

7. Non-Delivery Returns

  • Orders returned to the sender due to non-delivery (e.g., recipient not found after multiple delivery attempts, rejection of goods) will be refunded, but return costs and customs duties will be charged to the Buyer based on their location.
